A few simple things to keep your account yours.

Signing in

Two easy ways in:

Password. The classic — your email and a password.
Magic link. We email you a link that signs you in, no password to remember.

You can change your password anytime from Settings.

Your plan

Free includes limited storage and a selection of templates. AI tools require Premium.

Closing your account

You can close your account anytime from Settings. Closing takes effect right away and you will not be able to sign back in. Because your memories can’t be replaced, what you made stays with us for 30 days before every copy is erased for good — so if this turns out to be a mistake, reach out within that time.

Common questions

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, choose “Forgot?” and we’ll email you a link to set a new one.

What’s a magic link?

It’s a one-time link we email you that signs you in without a password. Handy when you’d rather not remember one.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings, then “Delete your account”. We keep everything for a 30-day safety net, then permanently erase every copy — from our systems and backups alike — so nothing is left behind.
