Start with the photos, voices, and words that tell your story. The editor helps you turn them into a designed memory, and time capsules give them a personal opening.

What you can add

Fill a capsule with the things worth keeping:

Photos. Your favorite pictures, from this morning or from years ago.
Videos. The clips that bring a memory back to life.
Files. PDFs and documents — letters, tickets, anything that matters.

File and storage limits depend on your plan and the upload tool. Check the limits shown before uploading.

Your media library

Everything you add lives in one place, called Your media.

Upload a photo once and reuse it in your designs and time capsules. Your media library shows where a file is used.

Designing a page

Open a page in Designer to arrange photos and words, crop and reframe images, and choose a photo, color or gradient background. Start from a page or spread template, or build your own layout with text and precision tools. Project members can design together in real time, with changes saved as they work and comments kept on the page.

Where do my uploads go?

Everything lives in Your media. From there you can reuse any photo, video, or file in any capsule.

Can I use the same photo in two capsules?

Yes. Upload it once and select it from your media library when designing pages for either time capsule.

How much can I store?

Storage depends on your plan. Check Pricing for the current limits and Premium options, including online image tools.
